"Charge you monthly for packages they don't send out"
This company has no problem charging you regularly on the 15th of every month and NOT send you a package, then blame it on the pandemic/shipping delays. I've been charged for the past 3 months without receiving a package and when I checked in with customer service they said they were "experiencing shipping delays"... 3 month shipping delay for a couple of t-shirts to be sent from Los Angeles to Los Angeles. don't sign up for these guys, they've been trash since 2020.

"Menlo Club Review: Frustrating Experience, Buyer Beware"
I was fortunate enough to receive a Menlo Club gift certificate, and I eagerly dove into the subscription service that promised to elevate my style for three months. The clothes themselves were fantastic - they fit like a dream and looked great on me. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was a nightmare. As a newcomer to the service, I found the user interface to be less than welcoming and geared towards those who were already in-the-know. The support staff were friendly, but their explanations were confusing and often left out important details. Frankly, I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. To be blunt, I cannot recommend Menlo Club to others based on my experience. If you're considering the service, be warned - the lack of user-friendliness and confusing support staff are reasons to stay away, not despite them.

"Abysmal customer service and missed shipments"
3/7/2023 I contacted customer service about being charged for a package and not receiving updates. Here is the response.

Skip ahead to 3/21/2023, at this point I have yet to receive my February package and have been charged again for a March shipment. I contacted customer service again and received the same response from “Shantale” you can see a portion of the transcript below.

I am at my wits end, being charged $60 for march while I have yet to receive February is absolutely unacceptable.

This needs to be fixed asap.

(11:41:51 PM) Michael: Thats the same thing they told me last time. This is a joke right?

As you can see, the response is word for word copy and pasted.
How is it that both 3/7/2023 and 3/21/2023 my package is in the shipping area and will be sent in a few days?

While trying to understand the copy paste responses, the chat agent, without my approval or recommendation, refunded my charge for the month or March only.

You have to go out of your way for this poor customer service.

Stay far away.

"Member since it was Five Four Club"
Been a member since 2014, back when it was called Five Four Club, honestly have ever had an issue maybe one or two times with quality/sizes. I always get fresh look and quality is good enough to last a couple years, which is all I expect out of $60 clothing subscription. It is super easy to pause your sub on your profile page once you're a member. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews other than people maybe have ridiculous expectations. If you want to have nice outfits sent to you monthly, stuff you don't have to figure out what to wear with or how to wear, then this is a good option for you. $60 can't be beat for what you get.

I really don't think many of the good OR negative reviews on here are from legitimate customers.

I am a long-time customer-- been with Five Four / Menlo Club for many years. Anyway, it used to be great, but when COVID hit they seemed to stop caring. It's been over a year since I actually got a package from them without first needing to reach out to customer service. Yes, you read that clearly-- my subscription service does not send my packages unless I reach out to them asking where my package is. Of course, they blame logistics issues, but at this point it is unforgiveable. Part of the value of a subscription club is so I don't have to do anything.

I am thinking about canceling at this point.

Wish I had read the reviews first... All the clothes are terrible quality. I've been going back and forth with them for 2 weeks trying to cancel this subscription and they snuck in another $60 charge during that time.
